This document debriefs an enterprise client call (Intuit) and outlines a website redesign strategy for Supermemory. The client call focused on Supermemory's reranking, rewriting, and scalability features, including personalization via user profiles. Client feedback highlighted UI clarity, a need for more connectors and benchmarks, and interest in a pilot program. The website strategy aims to better serve an enterprise audience by replacing the emoji section with a clear explanation of Supermemory and its features, targeting different levels of audience awareness. Content architecture will leverage existing documentation with direct CTAs. Personalization is identified as a key differentiator that needs better showcasing to avoid being perceived as just another RAG solution. A demo using a Poke UI clone will highlight instant user information retrieval. Next steps include Figma mockups, content review, OG image creation, sending the call summary, scheduling a design review, and launching the new website version post-approval.
